Academic Calendar for the First (First), Second (Second), and Third (Third) term in Public and Private [Elementary and Secondary Schools] in Kaduna State for the 2024/2025 Academic Session [APPROVED].

Kaduna State Ministry of Education has released the Academic Calendar Schedule for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Term Academic Activities for all Public and Private [Primary and Secondary Schools] for 2024/2025 Academic Session.

Kaduna State Schools Academic Calendar 2024/2025 | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Term

FIRST TERM

• 1st Term: Sunday 12th September to Friday 17th December, 2021 (14 Weeks)
• Holiday: Saturday 18th December 2021 to Saturday 8th January, 2022 (3 Weeks)

SECOND TERM

• 2nd Term: Sunday 9th January, 2022 to Friday 8th April, 2022 (14 Weeks)
• Holiday: Saturday 9th April, 2022 to Saturday 30th April, 2022 (3 Weeks)

THIRD TERM

• 3rd Term: Sunday 1st May, 2022 to Friday 5th August, 2022 (14 Weeks)
• Holiday: Sunday 6th August, 2022 to Saturday 3rd September, 2022 (4 Weeks)

NEW ACADEMIC SESSION (2024/2025)

• 1st Term: Sunday 4th September, 2022
• Holidays: Saturday 17th December, 2022 (14 Weeks)

NOTE: All Public and Private Primary and Post Primary Schools in the state are to comply with the provisions of the calendar;

National Holidays shall be observed as may be directed by the Federal or State Government If it becomes necessary to make an alteration on the calendar, all concerned shall be notified accordingly.
