The recent deployment event, held at the PAP headquarters in Abuja, provided a platform for pre-departure orientation. It marked yet another phase in PAP’s expansive scholarship initiative under the leadership of Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Programme.
Since assuming office in March 2024, Dr. Otuaro has overseen the placement of thousands of Nigerian students in higher education institutions inside and outside the country, reinforcing PAP’s mandate to facilitate knowledge acquisition, skills enhancement, and capacity building across key sectors.

Since March 2024, more than 9,000 students have been supported through PAP’s scholarship programmes, spanning fields that are vital to modernizing various sectors in Nigeria.
