The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria has recognized the Hamdala College of Nursing Sciences (HAMCONS), Medile, Kano, as a cooperating institution since it was established by Decree 89 in 1979.

Under the name of Hamdala Islamic Support Foundation and with the CAC registration number 171440, it is also a registered entity with the cooperative affairs commission. The institution was authorized by various pertinent regulatory agencies including the Kano State Ministries of Health and Tertiary Education.

The promotion of youth learning and development possibilities in health education and technology is one of the goals of Hamdala College of Nursing Sciences. Admission requirements for Hamdala College of Nursing Sciences

Applicants Must Posses Five Credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings (WAEC/NECO) NABTED is one sitting.
