The management of the General Studies Unit has released an important clarification regarding the upcoming General Courses E-Test for all 100 Level students. This notice is to eliminate confusion, prevent misinformation, and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated examination process for every freshman.
Over the past few days, there have been numerous complaints from students who are uncertain about their exact test schedule. In response, a simplified and carefully extracted timetable has been made available to help students easily identify their faculty, assigned date, and specific test time. All affected students are strongly advised to go through the timetable thoroughly and confirm their details without assumptions.
It is important to understand that the examination will operate on a strictly controlled time structure. Faculties assigned to the 8:00AM – 11:00AM session must complete their test within that window. Immediately after that session closes, the system will automatically log out that batch and activate access for the next scheduled group. There will be no extension, no overlap, and no special consideration for latecomers. The system is automated and time-bound.
Students whose faculties are not explicitly mentioned but are categorized under “OTHERS” must pay close attention. If your faculty falls under that grouping, it means your test schedule is included there. Do not ignore it or assume it does not apply to you. Carefully confirm your category and report at the appropriate time.

All 100 Level students are required to first assemble at the Convocation Square before proceeding to their designated CBT/Test centres. This is mandatory. Proper checking and clearance will be conducted before movement to the examination venues. Students are warned not to go directly to the CBT centres, as clearance procedures must be completed at the assembly point.
Appearance and conduct also matter. Students are expected to dress responsibly and maintain a neat presentation. Wear decent footwear, avoid inappropriate dressing, and cooperate respectfully with officials and invigilators to ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.
Furthermore, students are advised not to stay away from the test because they anticipate large crowds. Attendance is compulsory. At the same time, do not arrive earlier than your assigned time with the hope of writing ahead of schedule. The system will only grant access to the designated faculty at the specified time. If you come at the wrong time, you will not be allowed to write and will be required to wait until your batch is activated.
The success of this exercise depends on strict adherence to the timetable and full cooperation from all students. Carefully verify your faculty, confirm your date, take note of your time, assemble at the Convocation Square, and follow every instruction given.
Let us all work together to ensure a smooth, organized, and successful General Courses E-Test exercise for everyone.
