    There is a flier I saw, tho sent to me by a friend. It is the Nigerian Army school of nursing flier.
    So I called the number I saw on the flier and someone picked up and after the conversation, the man sent an account number that I should pay 15,550 before he will send me the form after that he was the one worrying me to pay oh. So I sensed that is a fraud.
    But am in Abuja how do I get the form. Do I travel to Lagos to get the form?…

    The application form is only available from the registrar office at Yaba, Lagos. Complete applications must be returned to the official email address [email protected] or to the college with a photocopy one week before the interview.

     To get the form, you must visit Lagos State. But if you have someone close to you in Lagos, you can tell that person to get the form and send it to you via email or by other means. So, you will just print it out and fill the form yourself.
