2. Click the Login tab in the menu bar and enter your scratch card details. Click Sign In to access your form
   Start registration by selecting a file with a passport photo and upload it. You can then enter your personal details, secret questions and answers, information about your parents and information about the school.
3. Please note that all photos are in JPEG, JPG or GIF format and must be less than 20 kB in size.
4. Be sure to double-check that the form is correct before you hit the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
5. Then submit the form and your application will be immediately sent to the Navy Entrance Exam Team with your registration number and exam number which will now appear on the page.
